Early lane: Pressure with an exit
0:00 to about 14:00; especially the first three waves, level-two windows and setup for the first available objective, including the single three-Voidgrub camp at 8:00
Play the first waves for controlled priority rather than a random all-in. If your wave moves first and Q can reach the opponent during a last-hit window, take a short trade and withdraw before the response. Use E to protect your carry during the return trade and to speed a safe reposition. Use W only when the enemy cannot easily break the tether. Because Mantra is available at level one, each cast trades off lane pressure, Mantra-W self-healing or Mantra-E multi-ally protection. Before a roam or recall, crash the wave; when behind, preserve XP and safe access to support-accessible minions, giving up exposed collection attempts rather than walking into a full enemy wave.
