0:00 through the first tower or objective transition; prioritize the level-2 race and the setup before the first announced objective

From the first wave through the first objective cycle, preserve mana and threaten the level-2 window rather than spending W for random poke. If your duo reaches level 2 first and W is available, use the wave advantage to make the enemy ADC step away from minions or set an engage with E movement. If you lose the race or W is unavailable, protect your ADC until the wave is safe. Crash before recalling is a strong default because it pays for the reset; however, a reset, an ADC death, or an immediate nearby defensive response can justify an earlier rotation when that response is visible and urgent. Before the announced objective, push the nearby wave and begin vision setup 60–90 seconds early when the map state permits.

If the first two waves let your duo reach level 2 first and Rell is mounted with W and E available, crash or hold the wave so she must choose between threatening Crash Down and protecting her ADC from the minions. If your duo is behind the level race or her W is unavailable, give up forward CS until both champions are ready; the temporary numbers window is where her entry becomes most dangerous.

With Rell

• If Rell is mounted and her E movement starts toward you, follow the same target rather than splitting your damage across the lane. Her Crash Down can dismount her and knock the target up, but the threat is valuable only while your damage is close enough to arrive during that brief control window. If she misses the approach, wait for the next clear wave or cooldown instead of walking into the enemy duo alone.
• If Rell dismounts in front of you, use the space her defenses create to attack the enemy line or hold ground around the objective, not to chase beyond her. Her shield and resistances let her absorb the first response, while her slow means she needs E movement or an ally to leave safely. Keep your damage aimed at the target she has actually locked down.
• If the enemy has shields and Rell's Q is ready, let her line up the protected target before spending your own burst. If Q has already been used, treat the shield-break and stun window as closed until it returns; shift to spacing, wave control, or peel rather than assuming she can repeat the same catch immediately.
• If Rell has Magnet Storm and your team is grouped for dragon, Baron, or a siege, hold your strongest follow-up until she pulls enemies into a reachable area. If her R catches only a frontline target or your damage dealers are too far away, do not chase into the enemy formation; use the disruption to secure space, then reset the fight geometry.
