Build a safe poison-and-mana rhythm

From 0:00 until the first major reset, establish whether you can contest the wave without exposing yourself to a gank. If Noxious Blast hits and the enemy is within Twin Fang range, take a brief poison trade; if it misses, give ground rather than forcing the sequence. Use Twin Fang for poisoned last hits when possible, especially when the kill refund protects the next wave's mana budget. Crash before recalling or roaming. When ahead, hold the wave near a safe position and punish repeated walks up; when behind, prioritize XP and safe CS, then use Miasma to make an all-in route costly rather than spending mana on low-value harassment.

Lane

Lane around poison uptime, not spell volume

If the wave is contestable, Noxious Blast hits an enemy champion, and that enemy is within Twin Fang range, take a brief poisoned trade and use the movement-speed window to exit. If Q misses, the jungler is unseen, or the wave is pushing away from safety, give ground rather than forcing E repeatedly. If a poisoned minion can die to Twin Fang and the refund protects the next wave, use the last hit; otherwise preserve mana for the next reliable champion window.

With Cassiopeia

• If Cassiopeia is holding a choke, fight on the route she has prepared instead of dragging enemies into open ground. If a frontliner can occupy the space between her and the first diver without blocking her escape or casts, do so; this buys her time to keep targets poisoned, while abandoning that space can expose her before Twin Fang sustains the fight.
• If you can provide reliable crowd control or a clear engage, commit after Cassiopeia has placed Miasma or landed Noxious Blast when the enemy must remain in her range. Displacement and peel that keep targets inside her casting space are more valuable than scattering the fight, because separated targets reduce her poison uptime and make Twin Fang retargeting less efficient.
• If Cassiopeia is behind, give her safe access to a side wave or mid wave before the next objective, then group when setup begins. If she has mana and a prepared entrance, protect her from flanks; her sustained damage can still decide a fight that the team does not start in an exposed corridor.
