Protect the economy that unlocks her kit
Lane arrival through the first stable recall and the next purchase; reassess after every crash or spell-upgrade check
During the opening waves, read the actual minion and health state before contesting level 2; the second-wave race is a lane-state opportunity, not a fixed mechanic. If Kai’Sa’s duo has the push, avoid an extended trade inside her minions and preserve health for the bounce. If you can pressure her, force her to choose between last-hitting and avoiding Void Seeker or allied immobilizing setup. When a planned recall is safe, crash first so the purchase can potentially grant an upgrade; under emergency pressure, reset rather than dying for the wave. Ahead, build a controlled slow push before recalling. Behind, prioritize XP, safe cannon access, and the next bounce over a forced kill.
