Build the lane economy
Opening waves through the first major reset; reassess at every crash, level change, and objective setup
Decide whether the lane lets you contest the first waves or asks you to farm behind the minion line. If Flow is ready and the enemy wave is not larger, use Steel Tempest to last-hit and build toward the two-stack whirlwind while preserving a Sweeping Blade route through minions. If the wave is pushing away from you, do not spend health for one CS; stabilize, then crash before recalling. The first transition is a successful crash into a reset or a safe continuation, not a forced kill. If ahead, use the crash to create a controlled roam or deny the opponent's reset; if behind, prioritize health, experience, and a wave state that does not expose you to a long chase.
