Identify whether you can contest the first wave without fighting inside the enemy's minion advantage. Attack reachable Harrier targets when the trade does not expose you to a longer exchange, then use the resulting pressure to secure minions or space. Blinding Assault supports short-area trades; Vault is a commitment, so use it only when its interruption and landing position leave you safer. Crash before recalling or moving. If behind, prioritize experience and safe CS near your side because a failed all-in can lose the wave needed to stabilize.

Use Harrier to create a wave window

During the first waves, if you can contest without entering the enemy's full minion wave, attack reachable Harrier targets and shape the wave toward a crash. If the opponent has stronger all-in pressure, take safe experience and last hits instead; after the crash, use the window for a reset, vision, or a visible play.

With Quinn

• Help create a pushed wave before an objective so Quinn's first rotation has time to matter. When she uses Behind Enemy Lines, follow the visible destination rather than assuming she can start safely alone.
• If Quinn marks or blinds a target, add crowd control after her commitment so she can attack while retaining an exit. Her value rises when an ally can punish the target she has exposed.
• If Quinn is in a side lane, pressure elsewhere only when her location and likely arrival are clear. If she is unseen or lacks a safe route, avoid starting a fight that assumes a 5v5 and take the wave or reset.
• If Quinn is behind, let her collect a safer side wave or check a route with Heightened Senses before requesting aggression. A visible pick or already-started fight is a better setup than a blind flank.
• In a late fight, peel the diver reaching Quinn and let her attack the nearest safe target. Protecting her damage uptime is more valuable than forcing her toward the enemy carry.
